The customer service is really bad. I ordered food...

The customer service is really bad. I ordered food and they delivered 2 hours later and they don't care.. it's not cheap food, it's expensive and nothing expectacular. After 1 hours and half I asked about my food and they tell me if I wanted to canceled the order. This is one of the reason that business get out of service for the bad customer service..
