Very good hotel. Top services. Very hospitable hosts.

Positive things
1. Very good accommodation conditions. Spacious rooms with large bathrooms, equipped with large and comfortable beds, TV with stations in any possible language, water heater, coffee bags, sugar, tea, mini tea that was filled daily, safe available in each room very easy to handle, Hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, cream, then spacious balcony where you had a beautiful view ...
2. Impeccable cleanliness. Every day someone came to clean and you found the room on the moon. Well done to the boys (only boys I saw, not women) involved in cleaning: I never saw them upset but always with a smile on their face, with all their fatigue. And throughout the resort there was impeccable cleanliness, even in inaccessible areas.
3. The bars were open in several places and had local drinks: simple or cocktails included in all inclusive, but also natural juices or alcoholic beverages at ok prices. The waiters are all very nice. I've never felt anyone smell sweaty ... So very nice to be around them. Plus very communicative.
4. Extraordinarily beautiful landscaping, very well maintained. It was just so relaxing that everything was perfect. And everything is meticulously maintained by human hands.
5. The pools are mostly heated, as if only one and lazy river were without heating. They are well maintained. It's just that the program is short: 8-17.00. I wish it was at least 7 p.m. Don't smell like chlorine after standing in the water for an hour.
There are several swimming pools, for all variants: small, large, warm, cold, for children, even only for adults (the last one was on a building roof)
6. Very well developed physical training: Alina and the 2 boys maintained the sports program until noon, ie daily was stretching, dance lessons, especially the belly specific to Egypt, water gymnastics and all exercises were done professionally. In addition, the fitness room was open 24/24 where you could go at any time, normally, with appropriate clothing and footwear.
7. The food was good, varied, especially lunch and dinner. They had children and adults to choose from. Fruits and salads were not missing from any meal. The cakes were many. You didn't have time to taste them all. You could always make your favorite salad, without sauces, spices or vinegars and oil. The dining room staff was very prompt and quick, even during rush hour. Everything was clean and beautiful. Many dishes were made fresh in front of you: fried eggs, burgers, french fries, shaorma, etc. The bread was so diverse, you wanted to keep posing for it too.
8. The location is very good, maximum 10 minutes from the airport and close to the Cleopatra bazaar, where you could shop for gifts at home at fixed and good prices compared to the kiosks in the area. The street is well laid out
9. It does not have direct access to the sea, but it has its beach in the mother hotel Steigenberger Aldau, and on this occasion you also benefit from the beautiful green area and the swimming pools on Aldau.

Suggestions for correction / arrangement in the future:
1. At the beach, the sea where you are allowed to swim is surrounded by beacons but in that surrounded part the water was very small, about 110-120cm, which is a bit unpleasant for tall people or for others who want to swim, no just bathe in water. In addition, the shore was full of stones and construction debris. It would not be bad to clean it, at least the pieces of broken bricks.
2. The stage of the shows is very small next to the multitude of tables and chairs. If you sit in the back you don't even see and hear what's happening on stage. And the sound system leaves much to be desired.
3. I would have suggested my own hotel agency for organizing excursions, but at better prices or at least close to those of the Egyptian market. It's nonsense for the hotel diving agency to ask me for 75 / person for a day of diving, without meals included (at least the meal can be taken from the hotel), and in the city another agency asked for 26 / person table. It's a huge difference though.
