Emerson Amador Review of Harrah's Resort
I stayed at Harrah's for a trade show November 13t...
I stayed at Harrah's for a trade show November 13th thru the 15th. I was very dissatisfied with the room. The first room I had was nasty , it had stained carpets and was absolutely gross. They then switched me to a second room also in the marina tower which would of been nice 10 years ago, also very worn down, it just didn't feel clean. I went down to the front desk and complained again then they upgraded me (with a charge ) to the re renovated bayview tower. This was considered an upgrade and at first glance the room seemed clean. I didn't notice too much of anything until my second day there. I then noticed a bug crawling across my bed. I took a picture of it and brought it down to the front desk and voiced my concerns about the bug. I also captured the bug in a baggie and showed them. They were responsive and noted it on my account. They did comp me for the one night only, and at that point I didn't realize that it was a bedbug. I got home and did some research and guess what, it's a bed bug. Be warned the place is dirty and has bed bugs. I then called back and asked to file a formal complaint. I am concerned that I may infest my house. I was told someone would contact me to address the issue within 24 hours. Guess what no response. Bad business, dirty hotel with bed bugs, stay away
