I used National Debt Reliefs services for roughly 9 months without issue but finally had to cancel my enrollment in their program which they were quite helpful with. I was told that I had $1,200 that would be credited back to my account but only received $701 a few days later. When I called to inquire I was told that over $400 in debits were made the day after I canceled my enrollment and that nothing could be done because the money had already been sent to the creditor. Lastly when I was told I m sorry sir, I will be make a call into our upper management so that they can review your issue after being told nothing can be done, I asked to just speak with someone in upper management myself to which I kept just getting the same response... I will be making a call to upper management to review your issue .
I thought they were great up until I actually needed anything that they didn t get their 15-20% cut of and then all of a sudden they re the most useless morons I ve ever dealt with.
