Customer service is useless. Didnt show up for appointment. Sent me a request to confirm appointment by text, in the middle of the school run, monday morning, 1.5 hrs before the appointment. Although I'd booked the appointment 12 days ago. Then Rachael didnt show up and then had an appalling attitude. I'll go elsewhere thanks
