Scheduled oil change appointment at 11:00. I sat and waited until 11:45, then asked why my truck had not been pulled into the bay to change the oil. I was told by the service manager that he takes the appointments and it is like a "Doctor's office" in that, you show up at your appointment time and then have to wait. This is the second time that I have spent almost 2 hours to have my oil changed, personally remove service seat covers and clean the writing off of my window, even though I had an appointment. There will not be a third.
