Worst experience ever. I bought a new mustang (or thought I did) on August 6, 2016. Signed all the paperwork, contract, etc and left with my new car leaving the dealership with my trade-in. Over the next 10 days, the salesman calls several times asking how I'm doing and if I like my new car. I'm still thinking everything is ok until... On August 16th, I get a call from the dealership stating they could not do the financing they promised and I needed to come back in to sign another contract with a higher % rate and almost $100 more a month on my payments. I was told they found out some information that they did not know that was on my credit report which they ran and printed on the 6th. Needless to say, I took the car back and got my trade-in back, the dealership was not happy. The car I thought I bought now has close to 500 miles on it and they are still showing it as a new car. Please beware. It's a Mustang GT 5.0 California Edition Ingot Silver VIN # 1FATP8FFXG5308931
Check the BBB website, this is not the first time they have done this. They have a D+ rating
