We purchased an old house that had been serviced by this company for many many years. The house has 2 old boilers, so we wanted a safety check & tune up. The techs came out on 11-16-17. They spent 2 1/2 hours on a very small 60,000 btu boiler. Instead of tuning it, they told us it wasn't worth it. 2 days later it broke down. We had soms ody else fix it. The guy knew these "techs" and wondered what they did because it looked like they didn't do anything. Whatever, it's old. I get it. Then soent only 20 min on the main boiler.
This is the part that made me SOOO angry I couldn't call. On 1-15-18, 2 months after, my wife smells rotten egg smell. I told her to call WE Energies asap. They found gas leaks by both boilers!! Shut them both off!!!! When the service guy (from a diffrent company) came by... THE GAS LINE WAS BARLEY HAND TIGHT!!! He didn't need a wrench to take it off. There is NO WAY it losened up like that in 60 days.
They almost killed us. How could we ever call them for anything. I feel like they took our $350 and had no regaurd for safety. I want my $ back but still to angry to call. So, to much time will pass and as of now, this is the best I feel I can do by giving them a bad review... beware
