As good as it looks outside as bad the whole set-up is inside. Interior is worn out and filthy. Stinky and dirty toilets are here as always with Soviet heritage and state institutions in the country.
If you are into wildlife and animals protection keep far away from the place. Conditions for animal keeping are outrageous and can't be called civilised.
