Terrible service, as when I signed up I told them I won't be living there much longer than a month and they set up a month to month contract and now that I've left the unit that want to tell me I must pay for March when I told the sales rep when signing up I won't be living there long

I signed the contract and decided to cancelled but they debited my account. and they never installed any alarm. Only to find that the forms were old and incorrect but they are binding me on that contract. I will not recommend them to family and friend. They do not deserve a single star.
Andile and Moris came to our property after our garage door opened randomly in the middle of the night. I was terrified but they came in and searched the entire property thoroughly and inside too. They were so kind and I could see they were very well trained. They came super quick too. I wish them all the best. They deserve a promotion! Wow!
