My wife and I recently moved to Mesquite from Oklahoma. The lady who owned the house we bought could not remember the code. Her security company wouldn't talk to us without a three year agreement. Shawn with Smith Thompson Security reset, checked out and reprogrammed the system for us and showed us how to use it, all without a contract. He was very professional. We also had bugs. Dan with Smith Thompson Pest Control came out, took care of them and gave us helpful hints- also very professional. The best part is, we get half off our monitoring because of the combined service. We couldn't be more pleased.
