I arrived at 4:00 am and came across a hotel under renovation the pipes, light wires, I don't even know what that was but I know that through the corridors I passed everyone was without the lining with everything showing, broken elevators, coffee The morning of my house is wonderful compared to the one offered, a window door of my room had no key I requested and was not taken, the furniture all old and chipped, nozzle without lamps up to no nozzle wires, dirty with building dust down the stairs From the bedroom, on the window rails, cracked, mildewed walls, rust on the hydraulics, walls started to paint or repair I don't know exactly, I was shocked I felt in a horror movie with my daughter! I paid for the hotel was not for free I felt totally disrespected putting my daughter and I in such a situation on our vacation, were required to warn I bought in January of this year (2019) the photos that appeared were perfect!
