UPDATED:This company has gone from a good home warranty company to garbage. We have been with them for 8 years and we are getting prepared to switch. Be prepared to wait for one contractor serving huge areas, rude customer service, horrible authorization and resolution departments, and waiting on parts that have to go through Landmark purchasing which I'm sure are the cheapest available.
UPDATE: I had a response to a recent issue with our hot water heater very similar to the posting below. Somehow, after this review, the one contractor, servicing this huge area, will be here tomorrow. I won't mention their name.... Yet. We'll see how this goes and I'll get back
