I have dealt with Long & McQuade (Toronto, Brampton, Mississauga, North York and Oshawa locations) since the Summer of 1977, when I bought my first LesPaul, at the original Bloor & Spadina location. I toured professionally during the 1980's and played semi-professionally during the 1990's and 2000's. That being said, I have never in my life dealt with a more understanding company that exhibits true empathy towards their customers. I will not go into details, however I believe that if every company in Canada conducted their business as Long & McQuade does, the people of Canada would be in an even better place. Without their assistance, guidance and understanding, throughout these past 36 years, I would not be where I am musically today.Thank you everyone at Long & McQuade for allowing me the pleasure of doing business with you for all these years.
