I talked to a customer service rep named Heidi, she was absolutely rude. She blamed their mistakes on me, like I'm the one typing information into the system over the phone. Only reason I gave two stars is because the other representatives were helpful. However, all of them sound like they don't want to be bothered with you. Go find a new job then!
