They told me they could get the vehicle I wanted within 3 weeks and match the price of Flatirons Subaru in Boulder to lure me in over the phone. When I got there 3 weeks turned into 2 to 3 months and the price was 4k more than Flatiron Subaru sold me the vehicle for. Almost all dealerships are terrible so why would I bother giving them an additional 4k dollars for no reason when a comparable dealership within 10 miles will give me a far better deal for the exact same car within the same exact time frame? Complete jerks for making promises over the phone they could not live up to. Nice job Oz (internet salesman).
