First stay at this hotel was wonderful, beyond expectations. I was not impressed the 2nd time we stayed at the hotel. Unlike the first visit, even though I had pre-booked, there was twice as much paperwork and verification required which I believe was unnecessary. Will try one of the other hotels in the area the next time we need to stay overnight.
