I have been coming to Honda of Pasadena for about four years now for service to my Civic. Last week I came for an AC repair and was assisted by Juan Morales. Juan provided an excellent service, he was transparent about the costs, kept me updated about the state of the repairs, made sure I had transportation to and from the dealership, and assured me of quality of the repair. Juan was very responsive as well, answering any questions I had. At no point in the process did I ever feel confused or lost, which are common in large repairs for vehicles. I thank Juan for that.
