We flew in to Denver from Seattle, San Francisco, New York City, Phoenix, and Austin for a team meeting. Biscuits & Berries did the catering. Three of our team members required gluten-free meals, and this was arranged with them in advance. On the first day, they brought "gluten-free" sandwich boxes that contained the exact same wheat flour cookie as the other boxed lunches. On the second day, they brought salads, and every single one of them contained croutons, meaning three people had nothing but snacks (potato chips and an apple) to eat for lunch. I would not recommend this company if anyone in your group has food allergies or other dietary restrictions.
