I have yet to receive a customer survey and I wish not to wait to give my appreciation for this facility. I had experienced several personal firsts on my birthday in August 2020: broken bones (right hand), ambulance ride, overnight hospital visit, anesthesia and surgery (right hand). I have to declare this whole experience, after the accident, was a pleasant one. In the ER, Stacey (I believe that was her name) treated my facial wounds stitches for my eyebrow and chin; she was gentle yet brisk. Dr. Ali, the physician overseeing operations in the ER, looked like a Bollywood Goddess behind a mask; just speaking to her lifted my spirits. Once in my room it was peaceful, I had a view to Camelback Mountain, a nice TV and easy access to a phone at my side. I had three shifts of nurses and assistants when in my room; they were all great, attended to my needs and easy to talk to. The nurse I had on the first shift, Sharice, is the type all hospitals hope to acquire. Sharice not only knows her profession, it is clear she has the perfect personality for the job and loves what she does. Sharice sees the needs one has without further explanation; I mentioned how I thought it to be a mistake ordering a Caesar s salad having a lower lip grazed by my accident and then bringing vinegar to my lips, she got me Chapstick without me asking. Anesthesia went without a hitch, I never felt nauseated and after what seemed to be a ten minute sleep, I awoke about 90 minutes later with my hand bandaged up. Two thumbs up for Honor Health Scottsdale Osborne!
