Received a letter from VW saying there was a safety problem with the air bags and the dealer would fix it. After waiting six months, we called Trend. We were told they didn't have the part. When we asked when the safety problem would be fixed, we were told, with attitude, that they didn't know. My friend took their honda to Joyce Honda and were given a loaner for several months until car was fixed. Apparently Trend has different policies regarding their customer's safety.
