Went to accompany a friend to Mass. The nursing staff in Assisted Living knew she wanted to go to Mass that day and yet by late morning, still no one had ever come in to get her out of bed and ready for Mass. If I had not stopped by, she definitely would never have made it to Mass since she was unable to dress herself and get herself ready to go. I had to do the staff's job for them and she told me that this neglect was typical of what she had experienced in Assisted Living at St. Joseph's Villa.

Another friend in Assisted Living here ended up having to move back home with relatives because the food was so horrible at St. Joseph's Villa that she lost 20 pounds because of her inability to eat such terrible meals!

I see a lot of five-star reviews posted here on Google Reviews that appear contrived and phony. But, people, recognize the ring of truth in the negative reviews and be forewarned!

The one thing I have heard is really good at St. Joseph's is their Rehab floor. It appears they are doing a very good job there.
