After having contacted technical support for an issue on my invisible brake controller. I sent the old controller back to be repaired, only to get back a different controller (had a different serial number than the one I sent) . I I did not hear back as to what was the issue with the old controller. After having spent $299 for a repairI think I should have at least been able to know what was wrong with the old one. Instead I was informed it was recycled. The used one they sent does not work either. After having contacted tech support again, I got a nasty email back saying I was having a bad attitude. Don't think I'll be buying another Roadmaster product again.
