(This was my orginial review 0 stars - So bad.... paid my excess and signed scope of works. Then get a call 4 weeks later which I was asked to call them back. So I did and they had no idea who I was as they couldn't search by name etc... Said they would call back when they figured it out. 2 days later I get a call asking why I hadn't paid my excess and signed scope of works.... wow.. So 4 1/2 weeks after this was completed they still had no idea.. I couldn't image that this would be compliant)

They did respond asking for my details but I dont want to share them online.

Just to give an update. This claim is still ongoing. I have spoken with Claim Central staff and they are trying their best to work with Woolworths Insurance however there is no communication between Claim Central and Woolworths Insurance. The only way for the claim to move along is by me calling Woolworths Insurance and then they review the case whilst I am on hold. So dodgy.
