i visit this place every month on the account of local chess tournaments.
the place seems fine but i feel the local management is very rude to children who are participating in chess tournaments.
children and adults come to play chess tournament which can last upto 14 to 15 hrs of playing time spread between saturday and sunday. How can u expect all these kids after playing upto 4 hrs per game to sit down in a holed up room.

The local manager is very rude and I very uncooperative. i wish the local management have a bit of perspective when it came to children.
