I was browsing through the lot at Greg Young's Chevy NW Omaha location and I had a salesman track me down while I was driving through the lot and he didn't introduce himself to me and I told him I was looking for a car and my financial situation, we went in side, he did offer me water or a soft drink and we went to his cubicle, then I asked him for his name and he gave me his business card, he got info from me and after about 20 minutes he said I would be contacted within 24-72 hours if I would be approved for a car or not, that was 2 weeks ago. I won't go back to this dealership based on my customer service experience, there are other choices out there.
