I was a guest of a guest that stayed there. The hallways and rooms had an older look to it, a bit run down looking. The rooms were clean and room service was good, even if they did include cheese in my salad and I asked for none. The staff is extremely friendly, including the maids. It was easy to validate your parking ticket from the garage it was attached to. There is a skyway that leads from the garage to the hotel. There is a rooftop lounge/bar area. It had a jazz band there when we visited.
