I was not happy with the customer service I received. I repeatedly asked the rep (Lon Miller) if all the services being done were included in the package other than the tire alignments which I had a coupon for. I ended up being charged more than the tire alignment. The mistake I made was I did not pay attention how much I paid for it at the cashier until I saw it on my bank statement. When I called and spoke with him, he was not apologetic. He said the alignments and balance rotation are done together, which maybe the case, but was not communicated to me. This is my 4th or 5th time going since I moved to Atlanta but I have not been satisfied with the service. Back in October 2016, when I went for my annual service, the same person told me that my service wasn't due when the oil change light was coming on in my car and gave me a price for oil change when I already have a maintenance package. I would like for someone to call me and explain to me the situation if you would like me to continue being a customer. Thank you!
