Mark Coffman and his amazing staff saved our new home. The other company we were using dropped the ball less than 2 weeks before closing. We contacted Mark and he was able to get us to closing without any delay. Not only that, he was able to get us a lower rate and absorbed the new appraisal fee because we had already paid for one with the other company. All this in under two weeks. He was incredible.
