My family has always liked Fords and we were recently looking to but a newer one to replace our 2005 Expedition which was recently crashed. We called on the phone and the people we spoke to were extremely nice and polite and we decided to come in for a test drive on a few models to decide what we wanted. That's where the good experience stopped. We arrived to the location and before we even parked we noticed all the drivers for the dealership were extremely aggressive. I'm talking 50 mph though a parking lot and not stopping for other drivers aggressive. As well as glares if you are in their way. One guy coming into the dealership in one of their new trucks actually peeled tires turning into the parking lot. We left immediately for several reasons. One, we didn't want to leave our car parked around a bunch of maniac drivers, and two, they were driving the NEW Ford cars like that. We didn't want a "new" car that had already been driven by every maniac driver who works there. We went to the Ford dealership in Silver Spring instead and their lot wasn't nearly as crazy.
