I called VHL for an emergency plumber service (admittedly didn't realise that they mostly focus on heating). The person who answered was incredibly helpful given that I was panicking a lot over the phone and they got a plumber out to me within 20 minutes. The plumber even called on the way to offer me over the phone advice with my problem.
The plumber was helpful, friendly, reassuring and efficient.
