I made a vehicle reservation a month in advance. When I arrived at the Advantage car rental desk, the check in began well, but after taking my information I was told my vehicle would not be available for at least three hours. Later, I was told it would be at least an hour beyond the three hours. Many travelers make plans based on reasonable expectations of a promise from a company . Advantage broke that promise and left me in a bad position which cost me more money to Uber around San Antonio to cover my transportation needs.
