I brought my car in to have my AC checked because it was sometimes cold, sometimes warm, would occasionally make noises, and just needed some attention. Diagnoses for ACs usually take some time and I had another appointment 3 hours from the time I arrived at Subaru. They worked with me within my schedule and were able to determine the issue. From there, they got everything figured out so I could come back in the next day to have it repaired so I wouldn't miss my other appointment.
I was really impressed with how much they took my schedule into account and worked hard to find the problem before I had to leave. Once they found the issue, they answered all of my questions and explained everything in a way that would make sense to someone who doesn't work on cars everyday.
Not to mention, they have a nice waiting area with several types of seating depending on what you're in the mood for. There was free coffee and water, a vending machine, and even a play area for kids. It made it easy to get comfortable and read a book, work on a laptop, etc. while waiting.
Overall, great experience!
