While touring the Nob Hill area we decided to walk up the steps of the cathedral and look at the beautiful doors. Noticing people walking in, we decided to go in. It's a beautiful cathedral, the murals and walking laberyth were quite interesting. The young man working the information desk was very friendly and knowledgeable when answering our questions. We are not Episcopalians but took the opportunity to say a prayer and light a candle. Donations are accepted but not solicited. Beautiful building, nice people and an opportunity to slow down for a moment from our time walking around the city.
