If you're reading this, please don't live here. I hate to be the one leaving bad reviews but I feel inclined that people should be forewarned about staying here. The Branbury (or the corporate company that runs them) are greedy cheapskates who go out of their way to make sure you pay as much as humanly possible for every little thing that you can imagine. When you sign that bottom line you are signing up for no mercy, no care, and no concern about you. You are signing that if you don't do every little detail exactly to specification that you will be charged the maximum amount possible with no mercy. I'm a good tenant, I had a wonderful stay at raintree before this and was never penalized, I've only been here two months and have been charged over $100 in fees because I didn't sign something correctly or because of an error. $100 is a lot when you busting your butt full time schooling and full time working to make ends meet. I'm out of here the moment my contract expires and I will make sure all my friends and family interested in staying in Provo stay far away from this place.
