I really hate to give a bad review but I am entirely too frustrated at this point. I brought my beetle in to fix the screeching noise in both front windows. That was fixed however I have brought it back THREE times to fix residual issues from that service including the passenger window scraping the door handle mechanism (semi-fixed) and the driver side front and back windows not lining up properly leaving a gap and causes more than usual shaking for a convertible (the other side does not do this). Trend normally does such a great job with my family's cars but the issues are still not resolved. Trend isn't exactly convenient to get to for me and I hate having to go back so much times only to be let down. I'm having a really hard time understanding why, after three times, I am not happy with the service. I look forward to your response.
