Very very disappointed with our mountain bikes

Very very disappointed with our mountain bikes
Bought two brand new bikes within 10kms riding the bearings needed re greasing , my bike has bearing dust seals missing . Both bikes rear wheels buckled and not even been riding off road ! Husbands bike left crank arm bending . Husband replaced inner tubes with better quality ones and found one tube had punture repair done
