I am frustrated at the moment. I was on hold for 15 minutes and got hung up on 5 times and one of those times I heard someone say watch this and they hung up the phone. Then in the middle of my sentence the guy hung up on me for a total of 6 times. All I wanted to know was if they had a certain climber. The guy tried to talk me down to one of the cheaper options, but I said no. I have NEVER gotten such horrible customer service like I did just now.
