The check in was easy and the front desk was very friendly. Didn't eat at chops so no comment there. The room had an ick factor, mostly the couch had a lot of strains and looked like it was never cleaned. The tile floor had some strains to. Also the shower never really got hot. This is really disappointing because I have stayed at a lot of Marriotts and Marriott branded hotels and usually they are a reliable choice. My advice is to check out the Residence Inn just down the road.
