Agree with other posters drive by appraisal a joke. They don t take into consideration other properties in the vicinity or in the case of a high raise condo other units in same building.

Got into an argument over how Am Ex cards work and was asked to provide proof I could pay the account based on one months bill. Am Ex is a monthly pay in full account based on how much used during month. They also have a revolving line. Company had trouble understanding this and asked for proof that I could afford to pay an account a monthly amount based on December bill despite the fact account had been opened 25 plus years with never a late payment.

Sorry I got started with them.
