7 days later, get told its not in stock, and there is no way for me to even tell them cancel/refund me since I sent them a 'webnote' 3 days ago with no word and again now on hold over an hour.

This is the worst experience I have ever received from any company ever.
Worst company ever.
Use scan instead, i ordered the same product off them and it came the next day.
