I have to admit-- I'm annoyed. I set up for a quote for my soffits because one of them came loose and needs to be replaced. The receptionist said that I needed to be there for the appointment, so I made it from 5-6pm. I liked the idea of being there anyways, because I am a new homeowner with questions. The guy showed up at 2, didn't call to tell me he was there, and left a quote in the mailbox for almost $3000 to replace all of my soffits. Not what I wanted at all. I'll call somebody else.

I am happier with my service from Allstate. After our mix-up, they rectified the situation, and gave me great service to make sure I was satisfied...after I wasn't. I appreciate the time they took to make me happier, and the rep that came out and gave me a new quote was very nice and professional. Thank you again.
