HORRIBLE. They simply had to endorse a check we received after a claim for our roof from hurricane Irma and get it back to me. Apparently, they just send $8000 checks via regular USPS mail without any kind of tracking. TIP: Send a trackable pre-paid envelope with your claim check to ensure you will actually get it back.

So, now I have to go back to the insurance company to get a THIRD check made since the first one they had done was for the previous mortgage company during the month my mortgage was sold to Selene. And customer service has not been great either.
