We worked with Michal Kania looking at new and pre-owned Pacificas. Mike knows his inventory very well and is an expert on all the features. We had a lot of questions on the vehicles we saw and Mike was able to clearly explain everything. This experience was a big difference from the first dealership we visited during the day.
