The scheduled day for termite and carpenter bee treatment turned out to be rainy, so the carpenter bees could not be treated. The service technician took the hour drive to complete the termite treatment anyway. He was thorough despite the rain and took the time to answer my questions. This was important as I had to take a day off from work. Spencer and the tech worked with me to schedule so I wouldn't have to take off another day from work.
