Made me feel unwelcome. I'm disgusted. Was very polite and respectful. Caused no disturbance. Security guard says I can't take the cutesy bus because I spent no money there after spending money on the pokies and have done so many times before. Dressed respectfully and get interigated and treated like a nothing. Had a backpack..asked if I had drinks or drugs in my bag, which I didn't at all and told to put my backpack behind the counter to which I respectfully complied. What about purses? Talk about a double standard. Called up to make a complaint or inquiry about the overbearing and disrespectful nature of a security guard. Never caused any problems there. I've always had a good time. Adrian, the manager answered the phone and I expressed my concerns or inquiries regarding treatment out of respect for patron's, and he said that I was basically a lier and that I didn't play the pokies because they had already checked the cameras. l asked him kindly to check again because I was in there earlier.
