WOW! Words cannot even begin to describe the awesome customer service, greeting, information, honesty, knowledge and respect that we have received from this awesome company. Where can I begin? My husband and I had been praying about buying a house and had been looking at several options. We were lead to an Awesome Realtor who led us to this awesome company. It was a battle at first, because my husband was determined to have a two-story home. Our Realtor introduced us to the most awesome representative Andrene. The minute we walked into the model home, we were swept away. Her smile was the first thing that took us away. She took us on a tour of the model home and answered all of our questions. She was even beneficial in helping us with choosing home lending companies that Southern Homes worked with.
We could not have asked for a better rep. Not only did she put us on the right path to being new home owners, she kept us informed of the different steps that would take place during our paperwork process.
I would recommend Mrs. Andrene to anyone who would be interested in buying a home. Very patient and compassionate. This is customer service at it's best. We are so happy that we chose Southern Homes.
