Great gym, always free machines and a great atmosphere! Parking can be difficult at times due to the car park also being shared with other businesses but still able to park. Went for a walk round and they weren't at all pushy to get me to sign a contract there and then! Which helped make me feel at ease. I have always struggled with gyms and getting the motivation to continue going, but I can honestly say I love it here!!!
