We were in need of a Buyer s agent, found The Ginther group via Instagram and decided to give Teresa Blackburn a call. From the moment she answered the phone on the second ring, we could sense that she would be a good fit for us. We were looking for a well-seasoned realtor that would keep our best interests in mind, from the initial viewing of houses to the day of closing. We started working with Teresa shortly after having a poor experience with another agent. Teresa is the model agent enthusiastic but not pushy diligent and personable. She made this process extremely smooth for us because she was always seemed to be ahead of the game, regarding the negotiations with the Seller s agent. We put an offer on a house after only 8 hours on the market and by the 16th hour, and after a reasonable negotiation, the Sellers agreed. The due diligence process was stress-free because Teresa took us under her wing in the process. We were pleased with all of the referrals she provided (inspector, contractor, closing attorney). Every time we texted her or called her, she was there for us. By the 35th day after we made the offer, we were closing on our new home.
