First opinion: Very good approach to this agency thanks to Christophe Pourquier who knew how to be very responsive and very professional. The day after my contact he already offered me 2 apartments meeting all my criteria and I was finally able to book one of them without problem. All that remains is to have a great stay in May 2020 which already looks very good with our private apartment! :)

Second opinion: Given the health crisis, my trip to NY planned for May had to be canceled. I had incurred agency fees to reserve my apartment through this agency and so I sent an email to Christophe Pourquier to find out if compensation was possible. He replied within an hour, and, to my delight, announced the possibility of having a credit card valid for 2 years in all the places offered on their site !!
